Student Systems Upgrade

As in previous years, Student System will be unavailable for approximately two days while we upgrade the system to the latest version. This annual upgrade ensures we are using the most up-to-date software to support our daily operations at the University. The upgrade includes fairly major User Interface (UI) changes, already present in our Test environment
For clarity, this will be a two-day outage, during which essential tasks will be carried out by both our team and Tribal (our system supplier):
Day 1 (Tuesday 31 March): The upgrade and update patches will be applied to the system. Student System will be unavailable from 9.00am, and this process will take the entire day.
Day 2 (Wednesday 1 April): The Student Systems team will carry out post-upgrade tasks and system checks to ensure everything runs smoothly before bringing the system back online. Our goal is to minimise any issues when it is handed back for use.
