The campus network has now been restored, and all buildings are reporting positively

Networks have tested the wireless access points in the building, and one which was faulty, and all Wifi services in Portland are back up and running

Following investigation it has been established this affected all teams withing the contact centre environment, and only impacted external calls being received internally.

Service has now been restored.

Park building is now back online and working correctly.
Issue was caused by a missed entry between two networks during the migration work.
This caused the IP to arrive, but the MAC address to be blocked.
Networks have fixed the missing link and site have checked the rooms and everything is back online.
