This annual upgrade ensures we are using the most up-to-date software to support our daily operations at the University. The upgrade includes fairly major User Interface (UI) changes, already present in our Test environment For clarity, this will be a two-day outage, during which essential tasks will be carried out by both our team and Tribal (our system supplier): Day 1 (Tuesday 31 March): The upgrade and update patches will be applied to the system. Student System will be unavailable from 9.00am, and this process will take the entire day. Day 2 (Wednesday 1 April): The Student Systems team will carry out post-upgrade tasks and system checks to ensure everything runs smoothly before bringing the system back online.
